MENERT spol. s r.o. was established in Šaľa in 1991. The Company was founded in response to the market’s demand for the efficiency improvement of heat production and distribution in Slovakia. We have been successfully operating in the Slovak and international markets for 32 years and today we provide our customers with a wide range of products and services.
Our goal is to satisfy customers’ complex requirements in the machinery production, construction, engineering, automation, measurement and control, metrology and testing areas. We provide design, engineering and building services for the construction of energy sources and heat distribution systems, thermal insulation of buildings, measurement and control and maintenance of energy and chemical production plants as well as other technological processes. Our company operates its own accredited metrology laboratory and we offer the calibration of thermometers, pressure gauges, flow meters and length measuring instruments.
MENERT Group also actively engages in renewable energy projects.

MENERT - THERM, s.r.o.
The core business of the MENERT-THERM, s.r.o. subsidiary is the production and distribution of heat. It is one of the first companies in Slovakia to employ renewable energy sources (straw, wood chips, corn straw and pellets) in the production of heat.
MENERT Biotech s.r.o.
The company trades in environmental commodities and manages the preparation and supply of biomass-based fuels for the heat production process. The subsidiary provides comprehensive solutions based on new trends in biotechnology.
AQWATT s.r.o.
The AQWATT s.r.o. subsidiary owns a photovoltaic power plant and engages in trading, consulting and market research.
