DIVISION PROFILE
The metrology laboratory provides comprehensive services in the fields of calibration and verification of designated measuring instruments. The laboratory holds the accreditation for calibration with the calibration mark K-085 according to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 granted by the Slovak National Accreditation Service (SNAS).
The MENERT Metrological Laboratory holds an authorisation for the verification of designated measuring instruments grated by the Slovak Office of Standards. The Metrological Laboratory carries out the verification of designated measuring instruments under Article 25 of the Act No 157/2018 on metrology, as amended, and the Ordinance of the Slovak Office of Standards No 161/2019 on measuring instruments and metrological control, as amended. The authorisation applies to the verification of heat meters and their components and cold and hot water meters.
The metrological services are performed by qualified personnel with many years of practical experience who hold relevant certificates and authorisations.

Calibration of measuring instruments
- TEMPERATURES - resistance temperature sensors and temperature transducers in the range of -25 °C to 600 °C; thermoelectric temperature sensors in the range of -25 °C to 1.100 °C; electronic, pressure, bimetallic thermometers and electronic temperature switches and thermostats in the range of -25 °C to 1.100 °C
- PRESSURE - pressure transducers and deformation pressure gauges in the range of -0.1 MPa to 60 MPa; analogue/digital pressure gauges; pressure switches and manostats
- LENGTHS - callipers, micrometers, test sieves and other length measuring instruments
- FLOW - flow meters and cold and hot water meters in the range of 0.003 m3/h to 200 m3/h, float flow meters
Verification of measuring instruments
- TEMPERATURES – resistance temperature sensors for water vapour and condensate, matched-pair resistance temperature detectors
- HEAT – electronic calorimeter counters for water and water vapour and condensate Compact heat meters
- PRESSURE – pressure transducers for heat meters
- FLOW – cold and hot water meters, waste water meters and flow meters for heat meters in the range of 0.003 m3/h to 200 m3/h and of DN15 to DN200
