1997
- MENERT's capital entry into Tepelné hospodárstvo, Moldava, a.s.
1998
- Obtaining the ISO 9001:1994 quality certificate for an effectively built and maintained quality system
- Founding of the Machinery Division
- Start of the production of isothermal containers for ALCATEL (currently Thales Air Systems & Electron Devices, GmbH) as a foreign customer

- Setting-up of the Technical and Sales Department and founding of the Measurement and Control Automation Division

- The first successfully accomplished trade in greenhouse gas emission allowances in accordance with the terms of the Kyoto Protocol in the world

- Incorporation of EVOLUTION-MENERT, s.r.o.

- Grant of the occupancy permit for the company's new headquarters
- ISO9001:2000 recertification and extension of the quality certificate to include engineering services for construction and implementation of construction projects

- Construction of our own accommodation facility
- Reconstruction of our central heating systems to use renewable energy sources

- Award of appreciation to the CEO of MENERT by the CEO of DUSLO, a.s. for an extraordinary contribution to the town of Šaľa and long-term successful cooperation
- Award of appreciation to the managers and employees of MENERT by the Mayor of Šaľa for the renovation of the Municipal Authority’s building in Šaľa to reduce its energy demand

- Partial renovation and thermal insulation of the Machinery Division’s buildings
- Obtaining of designated measuring instrument verification authorisation for a five-year term

- Reconstruction of the building of the Office of Labour, Social Affairs and Family in Nitra
