WHAT WE OFFER

OUR TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT

Using our circular bending machine with a 2500 mm operating length of rollers, 20 mm maximum sheet thickness for bending and 16 mm pre-bending. We offer the circular bending of sheet metal, pre-production of any casing, production of pipes, cones, tanks and other circular items with atypical dimensions, including serial production options.

Another area of production of our Machinery Division is the precision plasma-cutting of steel for machinery production. We make precisely cut shapes according to the drawings supplied by the customer. It depends only on you what shape of cutting you need. We will prepare a quotation for you and our technicians will help you with technical details, if necessary.

Our company has a plasma cutting machine with a high productivity and cutting precision. The dimensions of the machine allow processing sheet metal formats up to 2 m x 6 m. It is a high-precision plasma technology which makes it possible to cut holes in U/I/L-shape sections as well as SHS sections.

Our Machinery Division carries out the customised bending of various types of sheet metal to order. We operate a high-quality ERMAKSAN press brake which uses a wide range of different tools to machine even complex bend shapes.

Our company has added a new facility with top modern technologies to its operating units. The Pinnacle vertical CNC machining centre allows tools to machine parts simultaneously in three independent axes (machining of spherical surfaces). It is primarily intended for the production of non-rotating parts such as moulds, pressing tools or dies. It is also used in the automotive industry and in other machinery industries for the production of parts with complex shapes. With its advanced design and parameters, it supports both rough machining and finishing operations.
